    We accept PayPal only as a payment method at this time for all our customers worldwide. Via PayPal, your payment is secured.
    • CHECKOUT
    All the items that you have in your shopping cart appear in your order during checkout. If you do not want to order all the items, simply edit your shopping cart before finalizing your order.
    • CANCELING AN ORDER
    If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, however; items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned or exchanged.

    You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.

    Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise dollar amount of your order before any deductions.
    All orders are shipped from Tokyo, Japan.

    Customs and Import Duties
    • Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
    • HIROCOLEDGE STORE ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.

    • RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY

    If the item we shipped was different from what you had ordered, damaged or defected, only unwashed, unworn, unused merchandise may be returned/exchanged for free within 30 days of original shipping date. If the reason you'd like to return/exchange is because you didn't like our product, you have to pay for the actual shipping cost for regurn/exchange, and please note that for this case, the shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

    1. Please notify us via email first when you'd like to return/exchange along with the reason.
    2. We'll instruct you with how you can return the item (it varies by country).
    3. If you're returning the item you ordered, we'll refund the fee via PayPal (We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.). If you're exchanging the item you ordered, we'll ship the new item as soon as we receive returned item!
